Replacement of exterior steel doors and windows with the SECCO SISTEMI series, IGP powder coated according to sample and certified to Swiss regulations. This minimal profile is used so that the new windows and doors are as similar as possible to the existing ones, since the profiles are over 50 years old and non-insulating. This profile allows the overall dimensions to remain unchanged while having the characteristics of an insulating glass unit that complies with thermal transmittance standards.
In addition to the windows and doors, an ad hoc design was created, applying timber subframes to make an insulated joint between the frame/masonry in accordance with the statutory technical requirements.
Replacement of interior steel doors with those having a Jansen REI fireproof profile, IGP powder coated according to sample. All the accessories chosen for this supply are from the GLUZ 100% Swiss series. For automatic door openers and electric opening systems, the ‘Dorma’ series has been used.
All executive design is developed in collaboration with the BMB Italia group, including quality control assisted by our permanent on-site Site Manager at the UN site. In this way, we can guarantee that the work is carried out to the highest standards at every stage of the project, following the installation and the related installation reports.
